Cookery School

My cookery school is based in the kitchen of my 17th century converted mill on the outskirts of Princes Risborough.  The classes take place around the kitchen table with everyone working together so they have a very informal and friendly feel, more like cooking with friends than a formal home economics kitchen.

Most of the cooking is done on my AGA with induction hobs as back up.  We have the latest Artisan KitchenAid stand mixers, attachments and liquidisers and Magimix food processors.  Coffee and tea is served in the mill garden, if the weather is OK, and we’ll have lunch out here too if this is included in the workshop.

Princes Risborough is a small town situated on the edge of The Chiltern hills, 40 mins from Marylebone by train and an 8 minute walk from the station.  The name comes from The Black Prince whose mansion remains are underneath a car park in Stratton Road.

I can accommodate 6 adults, 9 teenagers and 12 children in the kitchen, the bigger classes and workshops take place off site.  Please have a look through the photos below to give you a better idea of the cookery school kitchen or call me on 0870 766 8290 or email beverley@beverleyglock.com
